Now THAT was a workout
Tonight I had time to spare so I did the weights exercises first, and then 30 minutes walking with the heart rate target set to 130. My back complained a little but on the whole it felt really good.

Good for you! Prob a good idea to do the weights first - too easy to be too knackered after the walking. xx
